The Session
What an audition prep session actually is
You bring the material. You get up. You do it. I watch. Then we work. I’ll tell you what the scene’s about, where you’re playing the result instead of the thing, where you’re rushing because you’re nervous. We run it again. And again, if we’ve got the time.
You leave with a version of it that holds up under a camera and a stranger.
That’s audition coaching. It isn’t therapy and it isn’t a class. It’s an hour on one piece of material with somebody who’ll be honest about it.
No deadline?
If there’s no audition and no deadline — if you just want to get better — that’s a different session.
